Are you or your students struggling emotionally in these difficult times? Does emotional management seem like an unrealistic goal at times? This training focuses on how staff can learn Cognitive Therapy strategies that help them understand how to “think about their thinking” in a manner that ultimately promotes healthy emotional management. Attendees will learn how thinking affects emotions (such as depression, anxiety and anger) as well as learning to identify Automatic Negative Thoughts, methods to change negative thinking patterns and ultimately how to choose to feel better; even in really tough emotional times like these. This information not only can help staff to help themselves, but can aid staff in providing this valuable SEL material to their students. Please come and learn what the presenter thinks is the best mental health information available that virtually no one knows about!
